start again
* Keep repeating the process for 3 minutes
* If you are using the power of Hanuman Chalisa (or a longer mantra), keep repeating the steps until the mantra is completed
* Recommended mantras to be used with ABHAYON are Hanuman Chalisa, Mahamrityunjay mantra, Gayatri mantra, Abhay mantra,         Abhay-Kali mantra, Surya mantra or Aditya Hridaya strotra. You can also chant any other mantra of your choice.
